Returns and Exchanges
UPDATE: During the Holiday Season we have extended our time to return. You still have those items that just can't be returned in the note below.
If purchased from 11/1/22 to 12/31/22 you have until 01/31/23 to return them IF it is a returnable item.
All items in our Clearance Rack are final and not available for return or exchange.
Clearance, Sample Sale and bundles items:
- These items are no longer being made by the manufacturer, or we will not restock.
- While supplies last.
- FINAL SALE = no exchanges or returns accepted on these items
- If returned anyway there will be a 25% restocking fee
- Save time and money: measure twice, purchase once. If for any reason you would like to return your product(s), we will happily accept your return. Please note the following criteria:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 21 days of delivery. Package must be postmarked within 21 days of delivery
- All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free
- If returned anyway there may be a surcharge.
- Include your receipt or invoice
- If you are a U.S. customer, please use USPS to return the item as other couriers do not ship to PO Boxes

Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs. We are unable to refund for any shipping costs at this time. We recommend using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.
Once return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 5-7 days for processing. Credit will be automatically applied to your original form of payment.
Any items marked as FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to the possibility of our product(s) selling out, we will not be able to accept exchanges at this time. We recommend following the return policy above for the return of your product and then purchasing your desired size and/or color.
